1. Formation of the Contract

The orders placed on our waiter engage the customer as of reception by our customer service of the order and its payment.

2. Modes of accepted Payments

- By Credit transfer : Our banking coordinates will be to communicate to you by email in return. The order will be sent as of the reception of the transfer on our bank account.

- By Bank card: Your order will be treated the very same day, according to the availability of the products in stock.

- By Cheque: Your order will be treated with reception of your payment, under a 8 days deadline. Failing this, your order will be cancelled.

- By Mandate Cash and International Mandate: Your order will be treated that as of reception of that Ci, under a 8 days deadline. Failing this, your order will be cancelled.

- We only accept cheque if you have a French account.

- For the international orders we accept the payment only by credit transfer or international mandate.

3. Delivery

BEEWARE is committed putting all works about it in order to deliver the order within the shortest times, and this, as of reception of the purchase order. The delivery periods are given only as an indication and the possible delays do not give the right to the purchaser to cancel the sale, to refuse the goods or to claim damages.

Any complaint for nonconformity or lack will have to be transmitted in the week which follows the date of reception of the order.

As an indication, the all-out or partial strikes, the floods, the fires are cases of major force.

The transfer of property of the delivered products or deliver products is suspended until the integral payment of by the customer and this without incidence on the transfer of the risks.

4. Carriage costs

The carriage costs are calculated automatically according to the weight of your order. the tariffs can be modified at any moment if they do not correspond to your destination.

5. Price

BEEWARE will be able to modify its tariffs constantly.

The selling prices expressed on our waiter are applicable only for the orders placed on this one.

The customer commits himself paying the selling price in force at the time of the seizure of the order. The payment of the order is payable in advance in only one payment at the time of the sending BEEWARE of the purchase order.

6. Data protection

All the data that you entrust it to us are in order to be able to treat your orders. Under the terms of the law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, the files and freedoms, you have near the customer service of BEEWARE of modification, correction and suppression of the data that you communicated to us.

7. Litigations

Any place order carries the adhesion of the customer, and this without any restriction, with the general terms of sale of BEEWARE. Any disagreement relating to the sale (price, cts, products…) will be subjected to the French right in front of the bankruptcy court of Lille

8. Royalty

This site respects the royalty. All the rights of the authors of the protected works reproduced and communicated on this site, are reserved. Except authorization, any use of works other than the individual and private reproduction and the consultation are prohibited.
